Virtual Cafe
Prior to Covid, and in my frequent HQ visits stopping by client offices, it offered an opportunity for CEOs to team members to chat and bring us issues of concern.
Often these discussions were over coffee or lunch and addressed challenges.
With so many of us working remotely, I’d like to suggest a workaround- A Virtual Café.
Most weeks I’ll be available in time block Monday to Friday from 9 AM-12 PM MT.
We can chat by Zoom or Phone. For issues, I usually need a 15- 30-minute heads up, but we can schedule day or so prior.
