Grinergy Stands Out in the 2022 Unmanned Systems Exhibition (UMEX)
Kicked off on February 20th in Abu Dhabi the 2022 Unmanned Systems Exhibition was dedicated to showcasing drones, robotics, components, and unmanned systems — key applications for Grinergy battery technology.
Noting many international events were cancelled in 2020 and 2021, there was great interest this year in how Grinergy provides solutions to revolutionize the shortcomings of the conventional lithium battery industry.
One big takeaway was in the multiple inquiries from the trade show participants that centered on Grinergy’s capabilities in battery technology, which are safe and operate in both extreme heat and cold.
In fact, Grinergy technology overcomes the current failings of traditional Lithium-ion batteries.
1. Minimum reduction in capacity and range at -30 C and at 50 C temperatures.
2. Charge rates up to 10 times faster than today’s conventional Lithium-ion batteries.
3. Vastly increased safety with no thermal runaway at 400 C.
4. 3–4 times higher discharge capacity and longer life cycles.
